WADE ISRAEL

Wade is the President/Owner of MVP Oilfield Services. Some may say our fearless leader. Wade has been in the Oil & Gas Industry for over 35 years, starting when he was just 15. Wade has owned Oilfield Construction companies for over 25 years and is a certified Journeyman Pipefitter.  Wade is very involved with MVP, often being the first to work everyday and the last to leave. With his many years of experience we are pretty sure there isn't much Wade can't handle. His investment into his own company and workers is a great insight to how he treats his Clients. 

GREGG TURCHANSKI

Gregg is our Area Manager. He was a Journeyman Welder for 15 years working in many different areas such as fab shops and welding on vessels, construction and chemical plants, along with forestry projects. Gregg also holds his Crane and Hosting Equipment Operator W/No Limits Certification. The man behind the bids and some may say the sunshine in our office.


RAY MARQUARDT

Ray is our Operations Manager for Facility Projects. Ray has a vast knowledge of facility construction with over 20 years on the ground and running projects and our in house mobile equipment trainer. He is our go to for facility support and you can often find him mentoring our workers or helping out with our facility guys wherever he can. Success all starts with a well laid out plan and committing to it, that's Ray.

CLINT MIDDLETON

Clint is our Operations Manager for Pipeline Projects. Clint brings with him, over 30 years pipeline experience. He started his career labouring, moved up to equipment operator and spacer. Moving on soon after to foreman and then spread for the last 18 years.    Clint is our go to on all pipeline projects and a great asset to our team, we are lucky to have him.  The man, the myth, the legend.

SHYLA HANNA

Shyla is our QC & HSE Manager. She started her career over 20 years ago working as office admin, soon after moving up to Quality Control. After 5 years of working in QC, Shyla decided to widen her knowledge in her field and took on the HSE role as well.  She has vast experience working with Worksafe BC, WCB, OGC and ABSA, helping our clients achieve high scoring audits and inspections. We like to say she's the girl that makes it happen.

CINDY WILLSON

Cindy is our Office Manager for Fort St. John. She has the hardest job of us all. She handles all the money. Cindy has the best attitude and helps bring a great atmosphere to the office.

 With over 18 years experience in accounts payables, payroll, bookkeeping and invoicing we don't know what we would do without her. She's the real MVP.

COLLEEN DOERKSEN

Colleen is our Office Manager in Grande Prairie. She handles all of the day to day operations in GP, often helping with anything we need in FSJ. Colleen has been with MVP for over 7 years and is very knowledgeable with our operations. Colleen is our go to in Grande Prairie and a major piece to MVP's puzzle. Once you meet her you'll understand why we think she's so awesome.
